1 General Terms & Conditions

1x2.plus (referred to herein as "1x2" or the "Platform") is an online gaming and betting platform operating under a valid license. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 1x2 and its users ("Members").

By using any service on 1x2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 1x2, you must register with accurate and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, they will be closed and any funds on balance may be forfeited.

All details submitted at registration — including your name, date of birth, address, and phone number — must be accurate. As part of the KYC verification process, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport.

• One Person, One Account: Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Accurate Information Required: Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Security: Keep your password and login credentials private. Do not share them with anyone.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal or when certain thresholds are exceeded.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Your account may not be sold, transferred, or shared with any other person.

3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the 1x2 platform. Keeping minors away from gaming platforms is a responsibility we take very seriously. We may request proof of age if there is any doubt.

• Minimum Age: No account may be created by anyone under the age of 18.
• Geographical Restrictions: The platform is not available in countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits on 1x2 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other local mobile banking services, as well as bank transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT. Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases, though minor delays may occur due to banking processing times.

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process. KYC verification is required for withdrawals above a specified amount.

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka); minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Maximum Withdrawal: The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 500,000.
• Payment Verification: You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third parties are not accepted.
• Currency Conversion: Only Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) is accepted.
• Fraud Prevention: Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold, and additional documentation may be requested for verification.

5 Bonus & Promotional Offers

1x2 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. Please read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A specified amount must be wagered before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Expiry: Any bonus not used within its specified timeframe will expire and be forfeited.
• Multiple Bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, the specific terms of each will apply.
• Prohibited Misuse: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in account termination.
• Referral Bonus: The referral program is subject to its own terms and conditions; fraudulent referrals will not be accepted.
• Right to Modify: 1x2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

1x2 offers Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, fish games, and a range of other gaming options. Each game or betting market has its own rules, which are detailed within the game itself.

• Bet Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting may change in line with market conditions.
• Technical Issues: If a game is interrupted due to a network disruption, 1x2's decision shall be final.
• RNG Fairness: All casino and slots games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Maximum Win Limit: Maximum payout limits may apply on certain games.
• Match Fixing Prohibited: Any involvement in match-fixing or game manipulation will result in permanent account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

• Limit Settings: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can voluntarily suspend your account for any period between 7 days and 5 years.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

1x2 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the circumstances listed below. Any legitimately deposited funds will be returned, but funds obtained through irregular activity will be forfeited.

• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration.
• Multiple Accounts: If multiple accounts are found registered under the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Fraudulent Activity: If evidence of hacking, collusion betting, or any other form of fraud is found.
• Legal Violations: If evidence of a violation of any applicable law is found.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be declared dormant.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. We aim to resolve issues within 48 to 72 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, you may escalate it to our licensing authority.

11 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

1x2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
